Specifications include, but are not limited to:Provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform service transition, monitoring, maintenance, inspections, repair, and miscellaneous services for existing burglar/fire alarm systems at various DMV locations in AREA II, Central, CA. The Contractor shall respond to all service calls made by the DMV (Monday through Sunday including holidays). The Contractor shall respond by telephone to all service calls within a two (2) hour period. The Contractor shall provide unlimited telephone technical support services, at no additional cost, to the DMV offices.
