Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, parts, supplies, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform twenty-four (24) hours per day monitoring and repair services for an alarm system as described herein. A. Installation: 1) The Contractor shall install four (4) additional motion detectors, in locations determined by the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee. The additional motion detectors will be placed in strategic areas, in an effort to improve the existing alarm system. 2) All motion detectors must be compatible with Radionics Control Panel D7412. B. Alarm System Monitoring: Contractor shall monitor signals received and transmitted through the alarm system twenty- four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week. Upon receipt of an activated alarm signal from the Caltrans premises, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Caltrans Traffic
