Specifications include, but are not limited to:Coordination Activities The ATR serves as a single point of contact for the airlines, as it relates to coordination of airline involvement during the capital facility planning, pre-design, design, construction, tenant build out, and activation/commissioning processes of assigned projects. For the projects to be implemented as part of the overall Capital Improvement Program; the ATR services include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following when applicable to assigned tasks: Serve as a capital program intermediary to help assure that the capital program is well planned,designed, and implemented in a responsible manner.Establish and maintain open, frank, and effective lines of communication with airlinerepresentatives, airport staff and consultants through a clearly identified single point of contact.Assist the airlines in establishing programmatic requirements for various projects.Schedule, prepare for, participate in, and document ATR meetings to the extent necessary withairlines, airport staff and their consultants.Gather information from the breadth of the airlines at the airport, and coordinate distribution ofproject information to airline representatives for review and comment.Coordinate and ensure timely airline review of project documents and submittals and provideinput in conformance with published schedules.Communicate airline questions and rationale for positions on projects.Facilitate and resolve conflicting airline comments to the extent possible and provide a single,coordinated response to the airport that represents the airlines consensus view on projects.Control and minimize changes initiated by the airlines by providing thorough reviews, timelyinput, frequent communication, and consistent direction throughout the development process. Provide written justification and economic analysis as requested and necessary to justify requested changes, if any, to previously approved concepts or plans.
