Communication: Reporting and exportable stories or lists are important devices for improvingclarity of communication between the Team, management, and secondary business customerswho do not have access to the workflow tool.D. Visibility: Project managers and resource managers who have access to the workflow tool needvisibility into progress, resource efficiency, and risks to be able to respond quickly and makecourse adjustments.E. Accessibility: Easy access to the workflow tool from outside the agency.F. User Licenses: The ability to add and close licenses as needed will add to the overall efficiencyof starting and running projects.G. Relatability: The ability to relate stories to code (via Bitbucket) will improve the Teams ability totrack issues, later improvements.H. Interface: Easy user interface navigation is essential. Less attractive tasks (like providingestimates and tracking time to complete) should be easy to do.I. Support: Access by telephone to support during Sound Transits regular business hours(Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST).J. Data Backup: Confidence that the data is backed up and reliable will aid in adoption of theworkflow tool as the primary source of information and therefore increase efficiency for the teamand business users.K. Updates: Confidence that the workflow tool continue to be improved over time and that updateshave a history of being stable and not negatively impacting the end users.
