Specifications include, but are not limited to:Somerset County Human Resources Division is seeking proposals for a new automated Human Resource Management/Payroll System (HRMS) solution that will integrate both Human Resource (HR) and Payroll functionality. All software shall be self-hosted by Somerset County. The new HRM system shall be up and running in production within thirty-two weeks from the date the contract is awarded. BACKGROUND The County currently tracks personnel information and processes payroll for approximately 2250 full time and part time employees on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly basis and retirees using the Highlinesystem. Each of the following organizations has their own distinct organizational chart, compensation structures, leave policies, holiday calendar, and benefit plans. Somerset County (1,150 Full Time and 200 Part Time employees) Somerset County Parks Commission (130 Full Time and up to 300 Part Time Seasonal employees) Somerset County Library System (Shares a tax ID with the county, 130 Full Time and 200 Part Time employees) Somerset County Board of Social Services (130 Employees
