Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:. 1. Review existing reimbursement account design and plan document. Provide recommendations/revisions as required. 2. Provide communication materials for plan participants. 3. Attend and participate in annual enrollment meetings, as needed. 4. Participate in educational sessions for employees and meetings as requested. 5. Load plan specifications, enrollment data, pledges and YTD paid claims. 6. Mail confirmation letters to participants to include current balances. 7. Process claims, issue pending/denial letters and issue reimbursement checks to employees on at least a weekly basis. 8. Send quarterly statements and status of account reminder letters by November 30 of each plan year. 9. Assist with government compliance including discrimination testing and any required 5500 filings. 10. Provide RTA detailed results of periodic quality audit. 11. Currently, the RTA has 195 employees enrolled in Medical Reimbursement and 2 employees enrolled in Dependent Care Reimbursement.
