Specifications

The Program is designed to provide for the drop-off of household hazardous waste within a one-year period through a series of three (3) separate drop-off day events, each located in a different town. Subsequent drop-off days may be scheduled at the discretion of NVCOG and the Towns with the agreement of the Contractor. NVCOG will notify the Contractor no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled drop-off day if they choose not to hold the collection. All work required for material drop-off, identification, segregation, packaging, labeling, manifesting, transportation, and disposal shall be conducted by the Contractor at the Contractor's expense. All materials, including without limitation, packaging materials, dumpsters, equipment, and personnel, shall be supplied by the Contractor at Contractor's expense. No additional specifications were given.
