Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must develop a report that would document the changes/corrective actionsteps that Fulton County has implemented across departments since the issuance ofthe Phase I, Full Access Ahead Report, as well as identify those changes/correctiveactions that are yet to be implemented. Vendor will base its report on a review of the completion status of approximately 928corrective action plan (CAP) milestones divided among more than 30 departments,housed in the Countys SharePoint site. The Vendor would be provided access tothis site and/or data exported to an Excel file to form a foundation for its reporthighlighting those changes that have been made. Vendor will ensure that the Phase II Report is developed in a manner as to beconsistent with the initial report that it was completed for Phase I of Fulton Countysself-evaluation and transition plan.
