Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ada County is seeking proposals for limited help desk services to receive and field support calls from employees twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The County desires a single point of contact for its employees to report their computer and network issues. The service desk will receive those calls, prepare an incident ticket for each call, and route the ticket to the appropriate Field Support Technician for resolution. It will not perform the functions or services of the Field Support Technicians, except in the limited capacity of resetting passwords for employees. Services will also include near-real-time dash-boarding and statistical reporting of resolution status and turnaround times. The help desk should serve as a transparent interface that provides Ada County employees the feel of a one-call, in-house I.T. service solution.
