Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Department of EnvironmentalConservation is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for the purchaseand implementation of a commercial off the shelf data warehousing system that will enablereconciliation of facility records across multiple program databases (the Work) from qualifiedofferors.This system will allow the vendor, in collaboration with DEC/Agency of Natural Resources IT andprogram staff, to reconcile and transform facility records/data from disparate programs across thedepartment and bring them together in a single, consolidated location for distribution to variousstakeholders. This reconciled information will then be served up to various stakeholders, includingEPAs Facility Registry Services (FRS) data exchange. In concert with this effort, DEC also seeks toimplement: an ICIS-Air data exchange and the ability to expose facility records within thewarehouse as web services.
