Specifications include, but are not limited to:The minimum requirements developed to meet the goal of producing the 2016 Campaign Arkansas Gala reception and ceremony, will include the desired staging and display needs for a first-class, professional event. The vendor must meet the professional standards and timeline to ensure that all parties involved in the production of the ceremony can accomplish necessary tasks in a timely manner.Vendor must schedule a site visit for accurate measurements of the arena and so they may understand the scope of the planned event. The floor plan provided is not a reliable source for measurements or dimensions. It is for reference only.AudioVendor will provide all audio systems necessary for a first-class, professional event including but not limited to the following.Compact line array speakers or equivalent to adequately cover event space.Vendor to provide a sound coverage plot of the line array speakers clusters. Care will be taken during the installation of the speakers so as to provide minimum sight line restrictions to the main video screen. Preferred line array speakers are Meyer, JBL, Eastern Acoustics WorksOne (1) Digital mixing console.The mixer shall have sufficient audio channels to support but not limited to a 24 piece stringorchestra, all on stage presenters, live announcer and audio feed from video and audioplayback devices. Each input channel shall have digital processing which will include digitalparametric equalization, digital compression, digital gating, and digital effects. The console will provide for a complete digital signal path which can be saved and all settings recalled including all fader positions. Preferred mixers are Yamaha LS or M series or equivalent.Six (6) Countryman style headset mics for on stage presenters.One (1) 4 Station Wireless Intercom SystemOne (1) 15 Station Wired Intercom SystemBackstage area for live announcer with lighted podium for script, intercom and video feed.Video SystemsVendor will provide all video systems necessary for a first-class, professional event including but not limited to the following.One (1) Scalable video switcherThe switcher will be capable of accepting HD resolution signals from multiple sources including but not limited to, camera, computer, HDD and video playback device at 1920 x 1080 or greater lines of resolution. The switcher will be capable of outputting digital multiple display configurations in HD to the 60 x 20 LED display. Preferred Switcher Barco FSN150 or equivalent.Digital HD playback capabilities of .mov or mp4 HD video files from HDD or solid state playback system.Four (4) CamerasThree (3) Cameras will be HD cameras with a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 with studio configurations.Camera lenses will be sufficient to provide medium close up shots of on stage presenters at any location on the stage from any location in the event space.One (1) Camera will be a shoulder mounted HD camera with a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080.Vendor will provide platforms for studio configured cameras.
