Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:In fiscal year 2015 the College invested almost $300,000.00 in office, public area and classroom furniture replacement. Periodically, funds are invested in routine renovation projects which may include the purchase of new furniture. Currently, the College does not have any major furniture projects scheduled. Through this contract it is the College's intent to assure that all new furnishings match or are compatible in design and finishes with existing newly acquired furniture to achieve a consistent appearance throughout the campuses. The College has purchased furniture from the following manufacturers in the past five (5) years: Allsteel, Steelcase, Krueger International and Global. The College desires to have additional manufacturers added to the contract
