Specifications include, but are not limited to:Aluminum 5086 Hull construction with Deep V construction suitable for offshore conditions2. 5/16/-5086 bottom plate with doubled keel beaching plate3. The complete hull and deck of the vessel must be 100% air and watertight. The entire hull volume belowdeck and fuel tank must be air pressure tested. Bidder is to confirm to what pressure the decks are tested.4. The hull structure must be comprised of an angled stringer system to protect against failure and improvedurability. All of the ribs will tie in the bottom the hull to the centerline keel at an angle, (opposed toperpendicular) then into the stringers, chines, and transom.5. Self-bailing decks with 3 or 4 inch scuppers capable of completely draining without forward movement6. Non-skid decks with 3M Safety walk or equivalent including 3M of equivalent edge seal on all non-skidedges7. Non-skid gunwale flanges8. Hull design must have additional step built in at the aft end of the hull.9. A speed shoe must be built into the keel of the boat starting at the step in the hull running forward taperinginto the deadrise of the hull which is designed and proven to increase efficiency and improve fuel economysignificantly over non step bottom boats.10. Hull design must have performance fins composed of 6061 marine grade extruded aluminum alloy weldedto the side plate just above the chine, just under the collar, and gusted for added support and longevity, thegusset and performance fins are not to penetrate the airtight hull at any point.11. The craft must have full length, fully welded, concave performance strakes (not perpendicular or 90degreeangle strakes) to allow increased water flow over the hull with less resistance in a downward directioncreating lift and decreasing drag through the water to improve performance and fuel economy.12.
