Specifications include, but are not limited to:A. Shall be floor plate with no more than 5 pieces; preferably 2. _____________B. Shall be 3 structural channel on 16 center lines. _____________C. Rails shall be one piece, 2 x 6 x 3/16 structural tube, all prime _____________material no splits or joints.D. Solid steel bull-nose inserted into tube rail for added strength, not just _____________butt welded on outside of tube. Bull-nose is double tapered for easierloading, and has a socket for roller shaft to assure integrity of roller system.E. Gussets on every other cross member shall be 3/16 plate. _____________F. Rear wheels shall be 8 diameter x 10 long,heavy duty construction _____________G. Nose rollers shall be 4 diameter x 6 long. _______________ 22H. Hook shall be 1-1/4 hi-tensile steel, inserted through 1 hook plate, locked in, _____________and full welded both sides. Hook and hook plate carry a life-time guarantee.SIDES:A. Shall be ten (10) gauge plate. _____________B. Structural side tubes shall be ten (10) gauge steel, four (4) way bend, 3 deep _____________x 6 wide, tubes on 24 centerlines. Welding shall be 3 high weld at floor all additional welds shall be approximately 3 long each. Bottom of side tubesshall have drain hole. A ladder shall be on drivers side of container.C. Bottom of side plate and bottom of formed tubes are full welded to floor _____________plate on outside.D. Top tubes to be 3 x 4 x 3/16. One piece per side and bulkhead. No _____________splits or joints.DOOR:A. Shall have horizontal and vertical 3 x 4 x 3/16 structural tubes around _____________perimeter. All tubes shall be prime material, one piece no splits or joints.B. Door shall have two horizontal inserts four (4) way bend, 3 x 4 x 16. _____________C. Door plate shall be ten (10) gauge. _____________D. Shall have three (3) hinges with machined sleeve, grease fittings and cold _____________rolled alloy shafts.E. The cam locking system shall be semi-automatic with vertical lift handle.The _____________cam lock shall be fabricated from heavy duty steel bar with 1-1/4 thick steelposi-lock cams and posi-lock keepers on the door. All areas of stressshall be reinforced and double welded.
