Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:SMUD is requesting bids to establish a 3-Year Requirements (Value) Contract for with a single supplier to support SMUD GRID ASSETS personnel with a reliable and continuous supply of Pole Line Hardware per SMUD specifications as described in this bid. Unless otherwise notified, this material will be delivered to SMUD ECOC Warehouse on an as-required basis against individual releases against this contract. This contract will replace a similar contract set to expire at the end of 2015. After contract award, which may be before the contract start date, it is required that the contractor immediately initiate the establishment of Reserve Stock at a designated facility. There should be a support system to provide assistance with 24/7 emergency back-up contacts during storm season. The contractor will provide this information and update SMUD with Contacts and after-hours telephone numbers when required.
