Specifications include, but are not limited to:Work IncludedA. General1. Bids shall be submitted as set forth in the bid documents for all items.The extent of the work performed shall include all materials, labor andequipment to perform the necessary work as shown on the plan and asdescribed herein.2. Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor & materials to performthe installation work including final testing.3. Contractor shall provide all traffic controls as required for completionof the Work.4. All work by the Contractor must be 100% complete within thespecified contract time, excluding plantings.5. The Contractor shall be responsible for the location and preservationof underground and surface utilities and structures at or adjacent to thesite of Work and it shall be at his own expense to repair or replaceanything that is damaged. The Contractor shall field verify allelevations prior to starting work.
