Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Westminster is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform traffic signal and street light maintenance and emergency repair to traffic signals for the year 2016 with the optiontorenewforoneaddition a l y e a r a t t h e C i t y s s o l e d i s c r e t i o n , w h i c h will only be exercised if t h e C o n t r a c t o r s p e r f o r m a n c e w a r r a n t s i t , s u b j e c t t o f u n d s b e i n g a p p r o p r i a t e d . T h e s u c c e s s f u l Contractor will be required to furnish complete traffic signal and street light maintenance, repair services and extra work on a time and materials basis. Service shall include furnishing all labor, machinery, tools, equipment and personnel necessary to provide this service
