Specifications include, but are not limited to:The purpose of this study is to ensure that the City can build infrastructure that can maintain its high quality of life (as stated in General Plan) as new developments are constructed. The City seeks to update its Traffic Impact Mitigation Fees in this study to produce one baseline publication that can be updated every ten (10) years. Through the scope of work below, Traffic Development Impact Fees Fee Nexus Study is intended to reflect: 1. Authority of the City to impose the Traffic Impact Fee Study. 2. Existing and forecasted traffic conditions with future development. 3. Appropriate cost allocations of future development. 4. An analysis of the Citys existing Traffic Impact Mitigation Fees. 5. Calculated fees for each area of benefit. 6. Implications of California Proposition 218 in this study. The Study shall be prepared in close consultation with representatives of the City of Thousand Oaks. The Citys liaison and contract administrator will be Elaine Camia, Engineering Associate
