Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fall River Road: Construct 350 LF of seepage collection interceptor trench, removal and replacement of the adjacent pavement and subgrade, removal and replacement of 200 LF of culverts at four locations; 2) Dumont Public Works Facility: Install Type D area inlet and 65.5 LF of 18-inch CMP at the driveway entrance; 3) Beaver Brook Canyon Road: Remove and Replace 240 LF of existing 18-inch CMP culverts at six crossover locations with 24-inch CMP culverts and install one Type D inlet, 2 Type C inlets and 100 LF of 18-inch CMP; 4)Ponderosa Drive: Remove and replace 50 LF of 18-inch CMP, install manhole and ditch excavation along a 200 LF section of Ponderosa Drive; 5) Evergreen Drive: Install Type D inlet and 70 LF of 18-inch CMP; 6) Blue Bell Drive/Circle Drive: Install 2- Type C inlets and 75 LF of 18-inch CMP; 7) Upper Bear Creek Road: Construct 1,172 LF of drainage ditch adjacent to Upper Bear Creek Road between Murphy and WitterGulch Road; 8)Apache Road: Install Type D Inlet and 135 LF of 18-inch CMP storm drain and outfall channel in Brook Forest Estates.Beginning May 4, 2016, Request for Bid (RFB) Documents will be available from the County Public Works Department. Please contact the R&B Administrative Office at (303) 679-2470 to register and receive directions for accessing the Request for Bid (RFB) documents. A hardcopy of the RFB may also be obtained at R&B Administrative Office, 3549 County Road #312 (Stanley Rd), Dumont, at a cost of $30 for each copy. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday May 19, 2016 at 2:00 PM. at the Dumont Road and Bridge Offices. Inquiries are due on May 23, 2016. Responses to inquiries will be posted on the County Public Works Division webpage on May 25, 2016. Bids are due by 2:00 pm on June 2, 2016, addressed to Contract Manager, at the R&B Administrative Office; or mailed to Clear Creek County Road & Bridge Department, Attn: Contract Manager, 3549 County Road 312, POB 362, Dumont, CO, 80436. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to modify the accepted bid, to acquire any subset of the specified materials, and to select materials from more than one vendor. Weather permitting; the Work should be completed by August 31, 2016
