Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Work under this contract shall consist of reconstruction of asphalt parking lots androadways and removal and construction of concrete sidewalks, and includes: removing asphalticpavement, removing concrete curb, asphaltic surface pulverization, base course aggregate,preparing foundation for asphaltic & concrete paving, base patching and undercutting, tack coat,HMA pavement, concrete sidewalk, storm sewer work, pavement marking, common excavation,curb and gutter and all incidental items necessary to complete the Work as indicated on theDrawings and Technical Specifications and described herein. Work shall include all labor,materials and related items necessary to complete the Work. This section applies to ALL Work,as applicable.
