Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quantity: There will be an average of 35,500 newsletters printed for each senator during the term of this Contract.The newsletter counts for each senate district (listed in Section 3 Qualitative Elements) are estimated quantities asof the time of issuance of this RFP and are for informational purposes only; the final count for each legislative districtmay change by the date of contract award. Actual counts will be included with each order placed. The CGA willnot be responsible for, nor pay for, overruns or under runs. Digital files (as described in subsection (e) below) will beavailable in two or more sets of newsletters from early June to early July 2016. Although an attempt will be made togroup sets of newsletters in similar quantities, there is no guarantee that a specific number will be ready to print inany one of those sets. The awarded Respondent is responsible for delivering the quantity ordered and will be heldaccountable in the event of a discrepancy in the quantity delivered.(b) Size: The size of the newsletter is 10.5 x 17, to be scored and tri-folded to 10.5 x 5.75 (approximately). Newslettersamples are available upon request.(c) Paper Stock: Cougar Smooth 100 lb. Text (white) must be used for this printing project. No substitutions will beaccepted. It is the awarded Respondents responsibility to ensure that paper orders are processed in a timelyfashion in order to meet the delivery deadline requirements of this Contract. The awarded Respondent will berequired to provide a copy of their purchase order and the invoice received from the paper company supplyingthe paper stock for this printing project.
