Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall attend the Pre-Bid Walkthrough, Wednesday June 1st 11:00 am at the Maintenance Building, 1655 East Beltline NE, Lot # 4. Across from the greenhouse and wind turbine. The front door to the Maintenance Building is labeled E-1. Contractor shall provide a minimum of 1-year warranty on all workmanship, materials, and equipment with in this bid. An 11-month walkthrough prior to the end of the warranty period is also mandatory. See the section 3.2.1 for more information. Contractor shall be responsible for: Project Management, Systems Engineering, Procuring Equipment, Shipping & Delivery Costs, Configuration and installation of equipment, Testing, Programming & Fine Tuning, Documentation, Training, Manufacturers Warranty Information
