Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City will remove old concrete shortly before the contractor is ready to set forms at each location. Any additional excavation required shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The Contractor is required to keep the base dry after the old concrete is removed and the City crews have completed their work. The Contractor shall supply all base course material needed for the work. The Contractor shall supply his own barricades necessary to control traffic per the City of Alamosa Policy on Traffic Controls for Street Construction, Utility Work and Maintenance Operations.
