Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:Attend the kick-off meetings with City & the Engineering firms. Attend the pre-construction meetings. Inspect daily and provide daily progress/inspection reports with digital photos. Civil, structural, and electrical inspections are required. This includes but is not limited to: excavation inspections, soil and asphalt compaction testing, concrete, rebar, SWPPP review, and vehicular and pedestrian traffic plan inspection. Coordinate meetings weekly with the City, the Engineers, and the Contractor. Meet weekly with the ADOT Project Manager to assure projects coordination. Relay in-field Contractor questions to the City and the Engineers. Review Pay Requests. Coordinate with Engineers when they perform inspections. Provide Punch List and Final Inspection Report. Review As-Built Drawings
