Project Description: The Town of Queen Creek regularly surveys residents about their opinions on topicssuch as quality of life, service delivery, civic participation and unique issues of local interest. These periodicsurveys offer elected officials and Town management with an opportunity to evaluate services and programs,identify challenges and plan for improvements.3. Required Services: The Consultant will administer a citizens survey to the residents of the Town of QueenCreek. The citizen survey should be able to guarantee that the results of the data will provide the Town ofQueen Creek with a 95 percent confidence level for the survey. The survey shall be designed to coordinatewith the International City/County Management Association Center for Performance Measurement datacollection and be conducted via phone, to include cell phones. The topics should include, but not be limited tothe quality of life, Town government performance, Town goals, policy issues, public opinion of potentialissues, and citizen communication. The survey will be required to be conducted in English and Spanish, withan average length of time to conduct the survey between 15 and 20 minutes.The survey should also be weighted to reflect the demographic profile of all residents in the Town of Queen Creek. The final report conducted by the service provider may include, but is not limited to the following: Executive summary Statistical analysis of survey results
