The project includes urban minor-arterial roadway and water main improvements on Blair Street and Weyrauch Street, located within a residential subdivision. The project's significant improvements include curb and gutter removal and installation, new water main and residential water services installation, hot-mix-asphalt resurfacing, and new concrete sidewalk installation. Located north and adjacent to the project is the West Chicago Community High School. The roadway's improvements within the subdivision total approximately 1,100 feet in length.
