Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Program Manager shall deliver and satisfactorily perform all of the following functions and/or Services:2.1. GENERAL. The Program Manager will perform the Services as described herein, including withoutlimitation those listed below during the various phases of the Program, and will achieve thebenchmarks and be responsible for the deliverables as set forth in this section and elsewhere in thisAgreement. It is understood that several of the Services will have to be provided on multiple occasionsdue to the multiple individual projects that make up the entire Program.2.2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW. In general, the Program Manager will become familiar with the College's totalBond Program of work, including without limitation new construction, site work, infrastructure work,addition and renovation work, and be responsible for general coordination of each project and thetotal Program. The Program Manager will need to understand the overall scope and budgets for theBond Program and understand the needs of the College. The Program Manager will assist the Collegein determining a plan of action for the total program of work. The Program Manager will then assistthe College in determining the most effective delivery strategy for each individual project within theProgram. The Program Manager will coordinate the selection and awarding of the various College'scontracts to individual general contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers for each project withinthe Program, subject to applicable law and approval of College's Board of Trustees.2.3. APPROVAL OF PROGRAM MANAGER ASSIGNMENT. The Program Manager will report to the College'sBoard of Trustees designated representative, and will assist in the day-to-day management of theCollege's Program. The Program Manager shall be responsible for the transfer of knowledge in allphases between the Program Manager and the College's designated individuals including, but notlimited to, the Vice Chancellor of Fiscal Affairs and the Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities. TheProgram Manager, along with the College, will provide guidance and coordination for the activities ofthe other members of the project team. After approval by the College, the person assigned asProgram Manager shall not be changed except with the consent of the College, and the proposedreplacement Program Manager must be approved by the College in advance of performing services.
