Specifications include, but are not limited to: At the Central Stores building, it is proposed to remove the existing built-up roofing down to the wood sheathing, replace dry rot if any (including fascia), provide structural reinforcement if extensive dry rot is present, install roof insulation and/or barrier board, Re-roof shall be thermoplastic tri-polymer alloy (TPA) Single-Ply roofing, metal flashings, new gutters and downspouts where necessary. Remove and replace two (2) roof top HVAC units and one (1) exhaust fan. Another HVAC unit is present, however, this unit will be removed and replaced by Operations and Maintenance staff during roof construction. The roof area is approximately 22,000 square feet.
