Specifications

The Contractors prime responsibility will be to provide COMPLETE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the maintenance standards as set forth in this specification. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material and supervision required to properly maintain the landscaped areas in an attractive condition throughout the term of the contract. (Material shall include but not be limited to fertilizers. No additional compensation will be allowed for items required for the maintenance of the parks and medians.) Mulch will be supplied by the City, contractor will install costs for this is included in all other items of work, no additional compensation will be paid.No additional specifications were given.
