Specifications include, but are not limited to:For all bid proposals submitted on or after March 1, 2015, Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires all contractors and subcontractors to annually register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) before bidding on or performing any public works contract. The contract work for this project shall consist of various items which include, but are not limited to concrete removals, construction of pcc walk, construction of pcc driveway approach, construction of pcc curb and gutter, installation of City furnished bollards and construction of pcc mow curb including all site preparation as required.
