DESCRIPTION:The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of fiber optic, copper, and radio antenna cables on messenger and in duct bank of the Tube; furnishing and installation of radio antenna and fiber option resiliency cables; removal and installation of Emergency Alarm, and removal and replacement of Emergency Telephone Units throughout the Tube; removal and replacement of FDNY sound powered telephone cables and jacks; removal and replacement of a portion of tracks; removal and replacement of power cables and tube shell protection cables; repair structural defects in bench wall and tunnel concrete lining such as dry cracks, active leaks, delaminations and spalls; restoration of Fan Plant and Pump Room in the Clark Street Tube; replacement of signal cables and equipment; cleaning, painting and testing of fire standpipe and heat trace in the tunnel and replacement of any damaged apparatuses; the Montague Tube Rust Inhibitor coating working consists of, but is not limited to coating of exposed cast-iron tube segments for Track R1/B1 and R2/B2 North Bound Tracks.
